SHIPPING DETAILS

Processing: Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of being placed. Order changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Please email service@anshoe.com if you need to make a change to your order. 

Shipping: Orders are shipped out within 2-4 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information when your order has shipped. US orders will be delivered by USPS First-Class Mail. International orders will be delivered by a local courier.

Shipping Estimate: Under the current pandemic conditions, our shipping estimate is 10-15 business days after the order has shipped.

Guaranteed Delivery : Insured/Tracked Shipping is offered at checkout. This shipping option provides a money back guarantee on delivery of your order. Refunds will be issued under the condition that the package is lost in transit or returned to us as a result of failed delivery.

SIZING & EXCHANGES

Size Conversions: All footwear is manufactured in EU sizes. US size conversions are displayed on the website to help determine the best fit. EU sizes don't always convert directly for all US sizes and half sizes. To ensure our customers receive a perfect fit, we offer free size exchanges on all orders.

Size Exchanges: We offer free exchanges on all footwear orders that have sizing issues so that our customers can enjoy the perfect fit. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please email service@anshoe.com to submit an exchange request.

Wide Sizes: Most of our shoes accommodate wide feet. If you have particularly wide feet, we recommend ordering one half size up for additional width.

Cancellations & Changes: All orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours. All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of when the order is placed. Please email service@anshoe.com to submit a change/cancellation request.
